Seed Brklyn is a retail, lifestyle, speakeasy cafe, and art-experiential space located in Brooklyn, NY founded by multidisciplinary artist Christophe Roberts. I was brought on as an Executive Producer to translate an ambitious vision into a fully operational, multi-revenue-stream brick-and-mortar business. From pre-construction through launch, I served as the cross-functional lead across buildout, operations, finance, hiring, product development, marketing oversight, and experiential programming - establishing the infrastructure required to open and sustain the concept long-term.

TEAM: Hiring strategy & execution for key internal and contract roles including general manager, cafe manager, buyer & social media manager, production staff, brand ambassadors
PRODUCT: Lead white-label and branded product development, worked in tandem with buyer for brand operations, inventory management
COMMUNITY: Community partnerships including installation of a community garden at PS003 Elementary School
CONTENT: Photo & video production for e-commerce and social media channels
TALENT: Management of models, influencers, performers and other partners
BUILD: Liaison with construction team including GC and architect; lead for all owner-supplied items (signage, greenery, fixtures, sneaker laundry, and more)
VENDORS: Curation, onboarding, management & billing
FINANCE: Budgeting, fiscal P&L responsibility, resource management & reconciliation
MARKETING: Management of multiple agencies and resources across branding, environmental design, advertising, web development and PR
PRODUCTION: Experiential marketing ideation and execution
