TIMBERLAND | SoHo Retail Flagship Store Rollout & Launch
Timberland engaged me to lead execution of the design intent for their new flagship store in SoHo, one of New York’s most prominent retail corridors. The space introduced a bold, sustainability-forward concept while honoring the brand’s heritage and core consumer. I provided project management and on-site production leadership, partnering directly with senior stakeholders and overseeing the project from construction through public opening.
