THE ONE MOTORCYCLE SHOW | 2023 Festival
The One Motorcycle Show is a three-day, multidisciplinary festival held inside Portland’s historic Zidell Barge Building - a 14-acre former shipyard transformed into a sprawling exhibition space. The event brings together hundreds of custom bike builders, artists, bands, vendors, sponsors, food partners, demo rides, and live stunt programming under one roof, creating a high-volume, high-traffic environment with constant operational movement.
For the third consecutive year, I served as a Site Manager, responsible for on-site execution. I oversaw load-in and load-out operations, managed ingress and egress flow, supervised staff and volunteers, acted as a primary point of contact for vendors and sponsors, and led incident response and escalation protocols - ensuring attendee safety, operational continuity, and a seamless guest experience throughout the weekend.
