THE ONE MOTORCYCLE SHOW | 2020 Festival
LEAD PRODUCER, OPERATIONS
In 2020, The One Motorcycle Show expanded its footprint by introducing indoor flat-track racing alongside its flagship custom motorcycle exhibition, transforming Portland’s Veterans Memorial Coliseum into a 100,000+ sq. ft. live motorsport and cultural festival. Serving as Lead Producer overseeing event operations, I directed large-scale planning and on-site execution for 22,000+ attendees, 350 racers, 240 custom motorcycles, 95 visual artists, live music programming, sponsors, vendors, and national press — including the construction and management of a professional indoor dirt track within the arena. I led cross-functional teams across logistics, staffing, safety, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless delivery in a high-capacity historic venue.
